XMi Commercial Real Estate Handles Sale of 1808 West End Avenue
NASHVILLE, TENN. – XMi Commercial Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate firm, announced today that it has completed the sale of the 1808 West End building, a 100,000±-square-foot office building in Nashville, Tenn. to an affiliate of Amerimar Enterprises, Inc. of Philadelphia, Pa.
The sales transaction closed on Thursday, April 12, 2007 and included a second, one-story building at 1820 West End Avenue. Both properties combined represent approximately 1.97 acres of land sitting on West End Avenue, one of Nashville’s most prominent commercial locations. The property was not listed for sale.
Stan Snipes and Henry Menge of XMi Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Kathryn Ann Properties, G.P., while Todd Friedenberg of Vista Realty Associates represented the purchaser. In addition, Q10 Vista Commercial Mortgage Group will be representing the purchaser in the financing of the project. The sales price was not disclosed.
