XMi Commercial Real Estate currently manages approximately 1 million square feet of commercial property in and around Nashville, and has completed over $35 million in sales transactions since the real estate company’s establishment in 2006. Additionally, we have managed and leased over 2.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties in and around the Nashville area.
